Bin Room / Bin Table Purchases

• All bin room / bin table items are sold as-is and are final sale.
• Due to the nature of liquidation and discounted items, no returns or exchanges are allowed on bin room / bin table purchases.

Retail Products

• Retail items with clearly marked prices may be eligible for returns if they are non-functional or defective.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

Online Purchases

• For items purchased online, partial refunds may be considered if an item is missing pieces or if disclosed functionality issues make the item unusable.
• Non-usable, non-functioning items are eligible for a refund, subject to review.

Claiming Items

• Online sales are conducted through our Facebook Group.
• To claim an item, comment with “CLAIM/TAKE + your email address.”
• Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to act quickly!

Invoices and Payment

• Invoices will be emailed to you and must be paid within 24 hours.
• Failure to pay within the 24-hour period will result in the item being offered to the next interested customer.

Pickup and Shipping

• Pickup: Items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase.
• Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us to arrange shipping for your items.

Condition of Online Items

• Some online items may be missing pieces or components, which will be disclosed when possible.
• Items are sold as-is, and all conditions will be noted in the item description.

Bin Room / Bin Table Pricing:

• Saturday: $5 per item
• Sunday: $4 per item
• Wednesday: $3 per item
• Wednesday: $2 per item
• Thursday: $1 per item
• Friday: $3 Fill-a-Bag
  (or $0.50 each if less than 6 items)

Retail Items

• Retail products are individually priced with clear tags.

• Items purchased in-store or online must be picked up within 14 days.
• Unclaimed items after 14 days will be restocked, and no refunds will be issued for items not picked up within the timeframe.

• Shipping is available upon request.
• Shipping costs will be calculated based on item size, weight, and destination.
• Please note: Items shipped are still subject to the same as-is condition policies.

All Sales Final

• Except as noted in the returns policy, all sales are final.

Limited Inventory

• Inventory is restocked weekly, and quantities are limited. Once an item is gone, we cannot guarantee it will be restocked.

No Holds Policy

• We do not hold items in-store or online. Items must be claimed and paid for within the specified timeframes.

Disclosure of Condition

• We make every effort to disclose the condition of our items. However, as a liquidation store, some items may have unforeseen defects.

Customer Responsibility

• It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect bin items or retail products at the time of purchase.

To subscribe, sign up by Texting "JOIN" to 1-866-947-8471 or in-store by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to these terms. 

By opting in, you acknowledge that message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier’s plan.

Opting Out

You can unsubscribe from text alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive.

Once you opt-out, you will no longer receive messages, unless you opt back in by re-subscribing.

Cost and Frequency

Super Sweet Deals does not charge for this service. However, your wireless provider may apply standard messaging and data rates.

Message frequency varies and depends on sales events, restocks, and promotions.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share or sell your mobile phone number or any personal information with third parties.

Text alerts will only be used to communicate store-related updates and promotions.

Super Sweet Deals is not responsible for delayed or undelivered text messages caused by factors outside of our control, including issues with your mobile carrier or internet connection.

You agree to hold Super Sweet Deals harmless for any costs, damages, or loss related to this service.
